Monday

3 pm to 4 pm

Introduction on how to use the cardio and fitness machines.
In the gym with supervision after the introduction.

4.10 pm to 4.50 pm

Stretch and relax after skiing
Mobilization, stretching, loosening up und relaxation of the muscles.



Tuesday

9 am to 10 am

The Five Tibetans
Simple and effective exercises from the high valleys of the Himalaya for an energetic day. Relaxation for body, mind and soul. The Tibetans are also called “spring of youth” and are related to Yoga.

10.30 am to 12.30 pm

Winter hike to the Sternhof (Nordic Walking)
The hike goes over 2 hours (both ways) – upon request, the guests can stay at the Sternhof or continue to the Kreistenalm. The Nordic walking sticks for this hike can be rented free of charge. They support the knee joints and strengthen arms and shoulders.


Wednesday

3 pm to 3.50 pm

Fitness for the back
Through specialized exercises, the muscles will be strengthened and stretched, the joints will be mobilized. Main focus on back muscles.

4 pm to 5 pm

Body & Soul
Stretching and extended muscle relaxation according to Jackobsen.

Thursday

9.30 am to 10.15 am

Yoga sun orison
A sequence of twelve positions, which are exercised in one fluent movement. Every movement will balance the previous. The body will be stretched and drawn out, spine and joints will become more flexible and the body will loosen up.

10.45 am to 11.20 am

Aqua Fitness & Relax
Fit in water – the joints will be released and relaxed through special movements, the muscles will be strengthened.
At the end, your body will be brought into a floating and utterly relaxed state using an “Aqua Noodle”.


Friday

9.30 am to 10.15 am
